Porsche Design Agnodice bag
German fashion label Porsche Design showcased its first customizable handbag at the New York Fashion Week runway show and the bag is now available for preordering.
Agnodice resembles a traditional doctor’s bag, but has several options for customization. The ability to make a designer’s bag their own with multiple choices resonates with consumers looking for a different style product.
Pick and choose
Greek physician Agnodice is the inspiration for this bag. The leather with alcantara lining and metal parts of the bag with the detachable shoulder strap develop the basis for this purse. However, the consumer then has 10 types of leather, four types of plating for the metal fittings and two colors for the lining to choose from.
Nov. 15 will be the release date for the bag online and in stores, and prior to the date, consumers can preorder the bag online.
A video was shared on the brand’s Vimeo page to offer some background information on the bag and demonstrate the creation process.
Porsche Design sent an email to loyal consumers notifying them of the Agnodice and other new products from the brand.
